Hors D'Oeuvres

Our catering style is set up perfectly for your satisfaction. We know that food is essential for your event, and we are committed to creating and providing meals that will excite your taste buds. Food stations will be elegantly displayed and set up with our heavy-duty chaffers. Hors D'oeuvres are served buffet style and can be chosen as appetizers or as dinner.

 

Prices are based upon the food chosen, the number of people attending, and the service fee.

Price Per person + Service Fee 

(Rolls are 75 cents per person. Drinks are $1.50 per person)

Warm Hors D’oeuvres Selections:

FRIED CHICKEN TENDERS: Seasoned or spicy flavored golden fried chicken tenders served with honey mustard sauce

SMOKED DRUMETTES: Cajun or seasoned traditional bone-in chicken wings smoked to perfection complimented with BBQ sauce or ranch sauce

SMOKED CHICKEN TENDERS

Sweet and spicy flavored or blackened smoked chicken tenders served with ranch sauce and honey mustard sauce. 

BLACKENED CHICKEN ALFREDO: Penne Pasta tossed in our very own signature Cajun alfredo sauce with added sautéed peppers and onion topped with blackened chicken

HAMBURGER SLIDERS: Served on a toasted slider bun with lettuce and red onion (choice of mayo or mustard)

 

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP: Spinach, artichoke, cheese and seasoning blended into a creamy dip served with toasted French Baguettes

 

MASHED POTATO BAR: Creamy mashed potatoes served with bacon pieces, shredded cheese, green onion, and sour cream

BAKED POTATO BAR: Idaho baked potatoes served with bacon pieces, shredded cheese, green onion, and sour cream

BARBEQUE MEATBALLS: Full- flavored meatballs simmered in a sweet appetizing BBQ sauce

 

SMOTHERED MEATBALLS: Flavorful meatballs smothered in a tasty gravy sauce

 

 

 

 

Cold Hors D’oeuvres Selections:

 

MINI CLUB BAGUETTES: Smoked ham, smoked turkey, tomato, lettuce, cheese, and mayo served opened faced on a thinly sliced toasted French baguette

 

CLUBHOUSE TRIANGLES: Black Forest ham, smoked turkey, tomato, lettuce, and mayo served on toasted gourmet white or honey wheat bread

CHICKEN SALAD: Flavorful cranberry pecan chicken salad served with assorted crackers and toasted French Baguettes

 

WEDGE SALAD: Chopped lettuce topped with smoked bacon pieces, tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese served with ranch dressing (can be served in individual cups)

 

GARDEN SALAD: Romaine lettuce mix, grape tomatoes, and croutons accompanied by ranch and thousand island dressing (can be served in individual cups)

CAESAR SALAD: Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons served with Caesar dressing (can be served in individual cups)

 

ASSORTED FRUIT CUPS: An assortment of fresh seasonal fruit served in martini cups 

 

CHARCUTERIE CUPS: An assortment of fresh seasonal fruit, gourmet cheese, Italian meat, seasoned crisps, and chocolate served in martini cups

PRICING INFORMATION: We require a free phone or virtual consultation before giving pricing information. We require this because in order for us to provide you with a fair price, we must know exactly what your catering needs are.

 

BOOKING INFORMATION: There is a 30% non-refundable deposit that is required to secure your date for catering services.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept checks and money orders. Payment plans are available. Final payment is due 1 week prior to the event.
