Buffet Dinner

Our buffet catering style is designed perfectly to meet your satisfaction. We know that food is essential for your event, and we are committed to creating and providing meals that will excite your taste buds. Food stations will be elegantly displayed and set up with our heavy-duty chaffers.

 

Prices are based upon the food chosen, the number of people attending, and the service fee. 

Price per person + Service Fee

(Drinks are $1.50 per person)

Menu (Build a plate):

Option #1: 1 meat, 1 vegetable,1 starch, salad, and bread.

Option #2: 2 meats, 1-2 vegetables,1 starch, salad, and bread.

Note: Charcuterie and Fruit cups can be added upon request to the build a plate options.

Extensive Food Bars are not included in the build a plate options. (Ask for pricing).

SMOKED CHICKEN

Seasoned chicken (dark meat) smoked to perfection

FRIED CHICKEN TENDERS

Flavorful seasoned golden fried chicken tenders

SMOKED CHICKEN TENDERS

Sweet and spicy flavored or blackened smoked chicken tenders

 

CATFISH

Southern style golden fried catfish strips

 

SMOKED RIBS

Southern smoked baby back or St. Louis style ribs served with our signature BBQ sauce.

Chef Carved Meat Selections:

Meats in this section are personally carved and served on spot by our head chef.

Meats are served with BBQ or steak dipping sauce.

PRICING INFORMATION: We require a free phone or virtual consultation before giving pricing information. We require this because in order for us to provide you with a fair price, we must know exactly what your catering needs are.

BOOKING INFORMATION: There is a 30% non-refundable deposit that is required to secure your date for catering services.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept checks and money orders. Payment plans are available. Final payment is due 1 week prior to the event.
