Partial Planning

Our signature Partial Planning Service is ideal if you would like to have a hand in planning your wedding, but you require a professional to walk with you through the process to make sure that nothing is missed or overlooked and to execute your wedding day. No matter where you are within the planning process we are right by your side providing you with guidance, peace of mind, and a seamless and extraordinary wedding planning experience that leads to a PERFECT wedding day.​​

  • Monthly to weekly planning calls

  • Tracking the wedding budget

  • Vendor recommendations (If needed)

  • Reviewing vendor contracts

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Finalizing all plans and details

  • Confirming details with vendors before wedding

  • ​Directing the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Overseeing the setup of the ceremony and reception sites

  • Managing wedding day activities and vendors

  • Handling minor/major setbacks

What is Partial Planning?

Partial Planning is a wedding planning service that provides more than just wedding coordination or wedding management services, but is less comprehensive than full-service planning.

 

This service is suitable for you if:​

  • You have completed most of your planning and you need a professional to complete and finalize the remaining plans and details and manage your wedding day.

  • You are stuck and need help bringing the plans and details together.

  • You want to be actively involved in the planning process, but you need professional support, guidance, and advice.

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US

CONNECTING

We will connect over Zoom or a phone call and discuss your wedding needs, desires, priories, budget, and expectations.

PLANNING

After booking we start the planning process. We will work through every element of the logistical and aesthetical process thoroughly to make certain that all tasks are completed and that nothing is overlooked.

SECURING YOUR DATE

Once you have decided that we are the best fit for you, we will send over a customized contract. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

PRODUCING

Within the final phase of planning, we collaborate with your production vendors to bring your vision to life, finalize all plans and details, create a wedding day timeline, and prepare to execute a perfect wedding day.

MANAGING

Your BIG day is finally here! We will manage every aspect of your wedding day allowing you to be present, relaxed, and to enjoy your wedding vision that is now alive in front of you!

Additional Information

PRICING INFORMATION: We use a flat-fee pricing model. Our prices are based on your wedding needs, the services we will provide, hours spent on planning, hours spent on-site, and the service locations. As part of our initial conversation, we will discuss your budget expectations. After this we will create a customized contract. Please note that a travel fee will be applied depending on the location(s) of the event. 


BOOKING INFORMATION: There is a 30% non-refundable deposit that is required to secure your date for wedding planning services. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION: We accept checks and money orders. Payment plans are available. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event.
